Residency Obligation Appeal

One reason a permanent resident of Canada could lose their status is by failing to meet the residency obligation. This loss of status could occur while in Canada, outside Canada, or at a port of entry, triggered by various situations such as PR card renewal applications, PRTD applications, or routine port-of-entry examinations.
