Detention Review

A Detention Review may occur if you are facing deportation from Canada after serving a sentence, awaiting hearings at the IRB, or have been arrested under an immigration warrant. Once you are arrested or detained, you are entitled to the right to counsel under The Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms. If you are detained at the CBSA facility in Surrey, BC, please inform your supervisor immediately so that I can visit to assist with your removal or hearing process.
