Failed Application Appeal

Most of our Canadian immigration officers are reasonable. But it is no surprise that you happen to have an officer not convinced by your submission or simply makes a mistake on your application. There are many grounds to refuse an application: the officer does not believe the genuineness of your marriage, your employment, or the purpose of your visit to Canada. The list can goes on and on. Our RCICs represent clients in all levels within the Immigration and Refugee Board (a specialized tribunal for immigration matters only), to make sure that immigration officers decisions are made reasonably, and also procedurally fair.
